The accommodation is on the 5th floor, with a lift.
It consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 full bathroom with a shower and a south-facing terrace with side views of the beach and the promenade.
The building has a swimming pool with different depths, a children's pool, a solarium area next to the pool with showers, a tennis court and a children's play area.
